love’s lament ~
o’ lay me down in a forest glen
ivy and foxgloves will be our bed
kiss me slowly, with languid teasing
of your tongue --
draw your calligraphy with feathered
quills, filled with vermilion drops of ink
tickle your rhymes upon my naked, sunlit hips
the sky larks will sing our melody
of our morning's escapes
oh let me forever, be your fair maiden
weave daises in my hair
let your mouth drift further down
towards my moon-shaped stomach
part my legs, sunbeam shades playing upon them
your sword pointing between my eager thighs
the ivy and foxgloves will hide us from intruders
let this moment be frozen in time
let our heartbeats dance
while our souls touch one another
the skylark's melody, becomes a crescendo,
disguising cries of ecstasy...
of our forbidden love,
when our dance of love is over,
romance me again with
love's long ago faerie tales
until midnight's veils blanket us,
while stars waltz across the once empty sky
bathe me in the cool silver-blue waters,
i’ll do the same for you
* 'o fy nghariad , gwahardd i mi ...
eich cyffwrdd, yn dal i scorches fy nghroen ...
cariad fel ein un ni , ni all fod yn bechod , na, na !
though the aching in my heart
will always want...
I wish in vain singing every night
to the fates --
to become eternally yours....
till the heavens collapse upon
the heaviness of their cloudy weight...
falling
so...
below,
from
above...
o' my love,
my real feelings...
you'll never know.
