auroras dance as we grow old
to disappear and then return
on warmer days for which we yearn

snuggling closely we enfold
each other, arms and skin
loving loving we begin

under covers warm to feel
fingers touching knowing we'll
be generating so much heat -
covers gone we're on the sheet...
