Perfect colour for you

Truly, a common challenge. The same thought used to weigh me down, immeasurably. I think it is so common a thing, so many, if not almost all of us struggle against during different parts of our lives, so common as to be mostly unrecognized, always in the back ground of human interaction. All I can say, from much hard earned experience, is that our perceptions of other people's perceptions do most certainly (and ALWAYS) affect those same perceptions, to the point of being able to set into motion the very perceptions we find ourselves struggling against. Which is not to say it's ALL IN OUR HEADS, because it is not, at the same time that it (nearly paradoxically) actually is. It goes both ways though. If we can train our minds to expect positivity within the reactions of others to us or at least neutrality we are more likely to see that effect just as surely as we are likely to see the effect if our minds have been trained through circumstance, repeated hurtful experience, and the actions of others to expect negativity. And we CAN train our minds in that direction. It may take time but it is most certainly doable if it is the GOAL.  
 
This is PROCESS.

Thankyou Emma .. to be honest , I know I shouldn’t have to be perfect for anybody .. But I think I get annoyed when I feel I’m judged just because I’m not perfect , and I know that I can’t behave and act perfectly all the time just to please others

You should  n't have to be made to feel like that; a perfect anybody is a perfect nobody, huh cause perfect doesn't exist!

Thankyou 🙂 I think sometimes we’re only accepted if we’re a certain way , and I think sometimes ‘ some ‘ people can walk away or not talk to you .. if say your perhaps negative or unhappy .
