PLACING YOUR HAND IN MINE
You deftly place your hand in mine,
that long waited 'come-along' sign,
a move that crosses a thin line;
our fingers squeezingly entwine,
our bodies, side on side, incline,
we emotionally align,
raise feelings that are so divine,
fresh as first taste of sparkling wine.
