in the noise I still my heart
quiet the voices who say you are near

silently climbing the onyx stairs
wearing Jupiter's smile

tripping through the universes until you find me in the haze
the dawn new us when we were two starbursts in the dark
I took you into my flame and together we shine

indiscretions spoke our lusts into being
we were innocent of soul
gazing at each other in wonder
you reach out and touch my pneuma
and I blush inside as electrical pulses shot through me

swollen affections spoke to you as you touch me there
our souls became one as we lie in the cool grass exploring
knowing one another as spirit, finally able to join
