under the mask he hides
not showing any emotions or pain
the mask says he is happy
But I can see hes not
the memories he sees
the pain that Follows
He puts up a wall
That hides the real him
I try to help
Only to be pushed away
The mask he wears
Doesnt let him escape
he struggles
wanting it off
Afraid of what others may see
worried about life with out it
I can see it in his eyes
People cant de beyond
He let me in slowly
allowing me to know his pain
peoule wont understand
Things wont be okay
I want to help
Will the mask come off or Stay forever?
