What's on
the horizon?
The curve
of the earth.
The end
of our line
of sight.
The limit
of awareness.
The last shred
of our seeming stability.
The beginning
of questions.
The enormity
of resilience.
The framework
of passion.
The distance
we can go
until where we are now
drops out
of view.
The horizon
is as far
as we can go
and have tangible proof
of who
we used to be.
This is why
we ever long
for the horizon.
