In general, I avoid all religious anything, because I'm too advanced for myths.
I've lost friends and family over the fact that I firmly believe that we are the only "gods". And I will argue viciously this fact if I'm tried to be told otherwise.
There may indeed be a creator/s of some sort, but they don't give a rat's ass what we do or don't do. It's up to us and only us.
I do not have a problem with good hearted, well meaning religious people. If their religion leads them to having a good life; outstanding results.
Yet, the "war" of whose god is right or wrong is so severely damaging to mankind, it ultimately kills itself. Which makes it merely mortal after all.
