No, the void created dinosaurs. But the void, being merely a conceptual rendering of that aspect of the "All" from which springs form, matter, and phenomenological process — and the concept of God being an anthropomorphized personification of that same "All" from which springs phenomenological "Creation" (a personification useful for the purposes of addressing supplication in the form of prayers to and conversation with) — through conceptual reduction one can "say" without sacrificing intellectual rigor within themselves that God created the dinosaurs. Pity the poor concept of God, so politicized through "man's" folly.  But that's where cycles come in. We are in a transition cycle now. More than anything, God and other deities (can you say Cybele?) are operative in humans through the realm of semantics – conceptual shortcuts, in this case dealing with Spirit, Spirits, and Spirituality, rather than hard and fast "rules" of reality. Reverence for all of Creation. And herein is what Spirituality is all about
