Stolen childhood
The grace of holy waters
come unto me for I am goodness
lend me your sons and daughters
faery spirits, always giving more not less
for this will be the Narnia, away from all the creeping damned
come, come dear child, you soon will understand
Sing with me in the morning chill
the sprite of youth will jump, as the salmon
on the weir
turn the days as the paddles on the waterwheel
steal the dreams from underneath mushrooms sphere
For this will be the Narnia away from all the creeping dammed
come, come dear child you soon will understand
Clasp the vittles, born across your face in smiles
chase as the wild animal, always finds the trail
put on the fur of the carnivore, the disguise hold its trials
the dell of misty power revel in that detail
For this will be the Narnia, away from all the creeping damned
come, come dear child, you soon will understand
Hold the bible close and dear
and hold its secrets, for pleasures are the payers of needs
the guilt will fade, as tears will dry and never smear
For this will be the Narnia away from all the creeping dammed
come, come dear child, you soon will understand
for you, the Christ suffered, though your heart may bleed
each vice that you endured, the church it lent a hand
come unto me for I am goodness
lend me your sons and daughters
faery spirits, always giving more not less
for this will be the Narnia, away from all the creeping damned
come, come dear child, you soon will understand
Sing with me in the morning chill
the sprite of youth will jump, as the salmon
