Sometimes do you feel
Like your heart beats out of your chest
And when you look into their eyes
You begin to melt?
And the feeling may just be mutual
But your anxiety says it’s futile
So you keep your feelings hidden,
Safe from above.
Trying to wonder
Is it really love?
