writing you a rhyme
It’s a painting without pigments
Or a song without a note,
If one’s not using figments
A poem ‘s just a quote,
Some words just put together
Without a thought at heart,
One can’t regard as clever
If the muse doesn’t take part,
Some people have to study
For others its like play,
To write about your hubby
It should come without dismay,
So while I write about you
The rhyme will come out fast,
There’s nothing one can argue
Of the muse will be a blast.
Or a song without a note,
If one’s not using figments
A poem ‘s just a quote,
Some words just put together
Without a thought at heart,
One can’t regard as clever
If the muse doesn’t take part,
