Peace and dis-ease

It’s just so strange to say the least
to find my spirit stuck between
states of peace and dis-ease.

Unable to just let myself be for too long
but I’m feeling much more free
now that the truth has been released..

Sure some thoughts may go awry,
you might just sit back and watch ‘em fly by
but don’t ignore the moments that
trigger your madness,
its best to explore what lead you to
store all this shame and sadness..
