 in the work place
one must have
 equal amounts
of black people
white people
brown people
yellow people
males
and females

But to have
true Equality
in the work place
one must have
equal amounts
of gays  lesbians
queens cross dressers
ugly people
fat people
skinny people
the list
Is A Mile Long
in short
True Equality
is unworkable
it is a fantasy
only on paper
