Rebuild
Abandonment circles overhead
Anger and betrayal whirl above
Loss swirling with the other fears hanging above me
Aware there is more terror but terror seemed to be the shadows of bigger more savage fears that daily threaten to overcome me
Fears influence my behaviors leaving shame in its wake
Shame that I let fear control and rule my day
Helpless as my mind is preyed on by a flock of savage vultures
A threat pestering my mind
Pushing me into brittle depression
Resignation too bleak an end yet still a temptation I nearly accepted
But I just decided to rebuild and that is liberating
