Loneliness
To be able to talk to a listening ear,
about my loneliness
Would then suggest I wasn't actually alone
But loneliness is delicate
Only something distinctive and special
can relinquish that feeling of being lonely
No matter how much that listening ear
tries to invite me in from being alone outside
If it's not exactly what's needed
to remedy the heartache of loneliness
The door stays shut
And so, loneliness is a vicious circle
Created only by myself

loneliness can be so one sided, no one to talk to no one to share with sounds pretty much like my own life sometimes i feel like a monk or something with no life in me or around me, and yes sometimes we create that lonesomeness within our own life, but it never has to be such a way, call a friend and chat, go to town and window shop if you have no money or just talk to God because he hears all, pm me i listen well i promise not to interrupt you..and your poem is well said and well wrote. thank you for your time and kind comment on my poem NEVERMORE LENORE, i feel its one of our best they are such good friends of mine and i love them to death
