Trauma made me morph into a bevy of different things.... As time healed physical wounds, I had to make sure the mental wounds were healed, too... Unfortunately, I did realize that at the same time... it's easily overlooked after trauma, I believe ... So anger and bitterness was the beastly wraith I became before getting myself under control with professional help, etc.... Now, my compassion and empathy have skyrocketed, morphing me into a different, ( hopefully more rounded) and better version.... it's a process...
Ongoing, and ever changing...
