Cuddle Me Blue
yeah, I hear people talking
asking who the fuck do I think I am?
I'm the one who digs deep
when the task seems steep
I'm the man with the plan
getting it done when no one else can
I reach for the stars
not giving a fuck who you are
just in case you're wondering
who the fuck I think I am
I look around the room
seems I just dampened the mood
all these haters staring
has got me confused
never knew they cared
it's like they wanna cuddle me blue
yeah, I'm the man
that has you talking crap
but never to his face
only ever behind his back
cuz you know if you nutted up
and spoke up
I would leave you hanging
then you might have to get off your ass
and actually do something
oh God forbid!
I look around the room
seems I just dampened the mood
all these haters staring
has got me confused
never knew they cared
it's like they wanna cuddle me blue
such a superiority complex
might have some merit to it
if you could do anything impressive
yup, it's always the same
always people who fucking suck
trying to bring me down twice as much
must be that they're in love
wanting to jump my bone, or something
only explanation for such aggression
still I go about my day
and pay it no tention

I like the repetition here on the stanzas... feels like the chorus of song lyrics....

The poetry you bring is something I could never do. And yeah, this was actually a play on a older poem I made many years ago. Well really just the line "cuddle me blue". For some reason that line popped in my head from that older poem of mine. Also people been pissing me off in my life so thust this poem lol. Though at the moment I'm on a much needed vacation 🎉😁🙌
