Image for the poem Dreams

I watch the revolutions of the horizon
with an instinctive knowing
that such a thing is an education
in being and growing.

As dawn expands in my heart
and mind, in a design
composed in champaign
and emerges in fully formed art.

In a day scanned by butterfly
wings, over colored petal
things, with an indomitable
will Integral to a back drop of sky,

Perfectly pristine, baby blue
thing, pulsating behind the
wing shaped mirage where the
butterfly vanished, true -

In a space haze of Heisenberg
uncertainty, certainly
a window to those in the know,
to see where this all will go.
