I grew up in Boston ... lived in Baltimore for most of my life ... I miss the East Coast ...

cultured east lady! (now I understand)
unbelievable art, heritage, history, and the seafood so is good 😊.. so much to see and do!
every trip has been an adventure

i really enjoy history and that entire area between New York up passed Portland Maine is an absolutely treasure trove of history of the early American Experience!

Wow, so much to do and see there!

My son went to New York for a holiday several years back and loved it, though he struggled to find good strong coffee lol. Your wonderful poem paints a great picture, OG.
We live in Australia...strong coffee haha.

the last time we were in New York about four years,  we ran into a mum and daughter from Sidney :-)  
they had come back to New York for the second time, they were a wonderful pair,  
we met them while in Times Square and actually sat down and had a lunch with them!!  
we shared with them about where we lived in the Midwest US and they shared with us what they could about their homeland.  
 
I would love to visit Australia!
