Integrity

I was raised to respect
The head of the family
And it is in my old age
That I appreciate
Irony

Of the younglings
With new ideas
But no sense of the world
And Its this inquisition
I held
When I was young

Cause if I met another
Like me
This day
I would tell them
Yes
Take their pain
But don't live in dismay

Fight hard
Even when none will join you
Die alone
Defending the rights
For cowards to live through

Another day

There is no plight worthy for me to meet
What should I fight for
If not for you
Then
For me

A child's eye
That's where I still choose to see
Always asking a new question
For you to answer logically

A child
Yes
Inquisitive is what I am
A child
Learning
Wishing
For untainted wisdom.

Author's Note
It took me four years to paint like Raphael, but a lifetime to paint like a child
- Picasso

None of these themes have been relevant for a long time so I chose the closest I thought would match the poem. DUP needs to expand. That's all I got to say bro.
