It is nice that,
by design,
we do not have sex with our mouths,
so we can keep kissing while we do it.

This could go on--why not include water? Since some species use water to transmit the stuff.
This is very enjoyable, with a great insight--If it were mine, I'd see if I could spin this out a bit, give the reader a bit more enjoyment.
There are different directions you could go on--your emotional, inner experience during lovemaking, and how those things influence it, or with images, or giving a bit more specificity--a person, a moment, a time you made love.
Any of those could be ways to develop this a bit more.
