Luna In Twilight’s Perception
Unfortunately, with addiction, there's manipulation and deception.

In the extent of truth where the heart of the soul resides
Is it found in the discerned eye that perceives under the ploy of distinctiveness
Mentally meandering within the visage of Eve
Plunging in the lament of an unbridled spirit
Soft curses of its forged bemusement
The calling of the sea sings its siren
In throes of the horrendous tongue
Whispers so captivating
Softness in its gestures
Insensitivity of its façade
Quiet in its disunity of perpetuity
Clandestine Psalms of self-loath
A phoenix rising in the ashes of obscured malice
Hatred shrouded one cosmic whisper at a time
Coated in the hidden abyss of discontent
Only to be deceived by the reflection
The pong of its scented duality
Elevating the garment of its vile
To witness the revering call
In the nakedness of concealed viciousness, it speaks

I wrote this while waiting for my toenails to be painted by Miss. Kim after my feet soak prior to a manicure today... I was mesmerized by the zodiac Chinese symbols on their traditional calendar on the wall... and came up with this spill
