Compare My Feelings To An Ocean Wave.
Against the bank,
the seashore roars.
You have my heart to take,
before the rain begins to pour
into the empty river tanks.
The ocean waves crash
beyond the dreadful rocks;
My love for you will soar
between the water on the docks.
Against the ocean bank,
the salt begins to foam-
rising up like molten lava
that pains me to the bone.
The heart I once held for you
Is receding back to the horizon line.
I can't resist to know what is true-
but to only feel the present depths of longing time.
