Delusions plaquing my thoughts,
Visions haunting my dreams.
I don’t understand them,
I can’t decipher the schemes.
Do they mean anything?
Do I need to act on these manifestations?
Are they just scribbles of a troubled mind?
Just a collection of vague hallucinations?
How do I tell which is which?
Is there a true and false reality?
Can I distinguish the differences?
Do they affect my morality?
