The Edge Between Our World's

Some say itīs foolish to stand on the edge between our worlds.
Because their not meant to be mixed.
Most would slow-walk not to lose balance,
Because they fear to misstep.

I say itīs wise to be on the edge.
Puts my hands in my pockets,
Looking straight forward.
The further I go, the faster Iīll walk until I'll run.
Either I lose balance and fall. Which side Iīll fall in is random.
Or I'll contain the balance and
Being at the edge of our two worlds.
At the left is the mainland.
Spoiled, overconfident and fake people,
Who's only interest is succes, money and fame.
Where the perfect is only welcome.
''Brand-huntersīī with their arrogance.

At the right side,
Where poorism, grieve and sorrow exist.
Addiction, war, crime.
I like to observe this side of the world.
Not to laugh but to learn.
Truly, they have experienced the dark aspect of life.
By their loss, grieve and sorrows they have gained by their battles,
They have learned to love, what's most important,
And to hold unto it. Though itīs sadly their only happiness.
Because they deserve much more by what they sacrificed,
Hard they worked to get what they wanted,
But ended up losing more than they had.

The edge I walk on only exist because,
The two different worlds has created a barrier between them.
Some would might say the edge is political,
I say itīs a balance between what you might would call low-life and high-life.
Can we break this barrier?
Yes.
We can but the left side won't give up their fortunes,
to create the equality we want for the right side.
This barrier will always exist and as long I keep my balance,
I'll observe and take learn by both sides.
I want to learn how to make a little fortune but still be appreciative.
Be able to separate fake snobs from loyal friends.

By money people lose the ability to be grateful,
By poorism people get grateful for what they still have.
We live in a materialistic world were money is looked at, as a great fortune to possess.
They forget the most important fortunes we possess, is love, respect and trust.
Morality.
By staying on the edge, Iīll never forget the most important fortune is, as a human.
