If I Die
[i]If I die today-
at any hour,
I will spend those
entire hours
gazing at your reflection.
Speaking all that I
have written,
from heartache to heart full,
Pain to happiness.
If I die today-
Any minute now,
I will take those
entire minutes
searching-'till the end-
For where you reside.
I will remain searching-
Even if I've already died.
I will die-
at any second now,
waiting for you
to Open Your Eyes
and See me;
Before I fall
and slump to the ground-
I hope for you to catch me
and bound me in your arms.
Even if my body still lies-
it will not matter.
Because I will know
that you were the last
one to see
To feel
me, before my
body and the ground combine.
