Sure its been a while
Waiting for this flower to bloom
I've the time though.
Patience was my strong point
To the extreme of forgetting what I'm waiting for.
My love has turned to soil
Waiting to nourish the next flower,
Only for it to be plucked and loved,
Intensely if only for a day.
