Monster
Before her is a monster filled up with rage,
With defiance in her gaze,
She stares down this monster,
Dead in the eye.
It's words whisper back harshly,
"Don't even try."
She opens her mouth but no words come out,
Her confidence wavers.
None hear her dying shout.
As the monster consumes her,
Wipes the smirk off her face.
She stares blankly at the world,
Pleading with emotionless eyes,
For this monster has left her,
With no feelings inside.
It ate all her hopes, her dreams, and her lies
Standing alone with all senses fried,
This monster has only left her,
With something to hide.
Looking at the monster she takes out a knife,
But it's not aimed in the right place.
It's aimed at her stomach, her wrists, at her waist.
The tears trickle slowly,
They flow down her skin,
A shame,
Such a pity,
To get hooked on this sick twisted game.
To let the monster in.
To be wrapped in the chains,
Of a mouth that won't speak.
To feel every skirmish,
Leave her soul weary and weak.
In the depths of her mind she's the wreck of a train,
Truth to be told shes lost, she's insane.
The monster take over,
Spills her brains on the floor.
The monster takes all,
It always wants more.
"Let me go!" She yells and she screams,
But the monster keeps going,
It feeds on her dreams.
She trembles with guilt,
She shivers with fear,
She's handed the monster the gun,
The end could be near
Shes to afraid to admit it to anyone
She's bruised and she's broken,
She's shattered like glass.
Nobody can save her: there's nothing left.
Rescuing her is a impossible task to complete,
All that can be done is to leave her to her death.
All that's left is to leave the monster
To eat.
Her heart hasn't stopped beating,
As it drains on the ground.
She sobs and she cries,
But theres no one around.
She's all by herself,
Only alone can one fight,
Fear by itself.
