make mud pie
jump in a puddle
roll down a hillside
listen to the wind
whisper into pink blossoms
watch waves crash
seas foam
pebbles roll in the surf
let the wind
play with your hair
go barefoot
breathe it all in
find a quiet place
absorb the beauty
we are so blessed with
not just today
every day
