MARBLES

I’d rather be racing
Marbles with you

Building up structures
And testing them too

Making up teams
And naming each racer

See if my longshot
Can beat your first placer

Yet here I am not far
But away still

My head hurts at times
From the a/c’s harsh chill

Stuck dealing with-
Check out this word- the dross

My son, feels like maybe
My marbles I’ve lost
