The End
The autumn leaves so beautiful
Swirling away in the wind
Kaleidoscopic and bountiful
Their end will soon begin.
Sifting sands spiraling
Towards tired and tried completion.
A dire spire with no Spring
Expression and soul to extinction
Pages passing by
Their words barely a blur
Begging to be seen
By a you, me, or Her
The red line signaling Dawn
As light bleeds into Day
Bidding the night begone
Fleeting thoughts fall to Decay.
Swirling away in the wind
Kaleidoscopic and bountiful
Their end will soon begin.
Sifting sands spiraling
Towards tired and tried completion.
A dire spire with no Spring
Expression and soul to extinction
Pages passing by
Their words barely a blur
Begging to be seen
By a you, me, or Her
The red line signaling Dawn
As light bleeds into Day
Bidding the night begone
Fleeting thoughts fall to Decay.
