Wonderful metaphor. This poem sparked a thought for me that took a slightly different direction. Looking at the removal of language and its base in words, and thinking of the music itself as the language and in that setting itself apart because unlike words the “babble” of music can’t hurt you like words can. I think this is an extremely thoughtful and lovely poem. H🌷
