Underneath the longlseeves you'd never know that I'm battling depression and my smile is merely a mask.
I spread kindness and let the happiness radiate off of me like heat from the sun.

I wish you luck with these internal fights.. i have internal fights of my own. Not easy. Go one day at a time. We have no choice. Regards, Robert.
