The Three L's

The great difference between the three L's,
is of minor like, absurd lust, and love,
but you can still get drunk off them like ales,
Love- the symbol of it is a white dove,
Like- how it is always confused with love,
Lust- a human reaction to beauty,
Like and Lust- how ugly to the Love Dove,
If Lust had a flavor I'd say it fruity,
lovely on the outside but maggots in,
Like would be a murky pond and Love the sea,
Love would be steel and Like would be thin tin,
Like- a dung beetle, Love- a humble bee,
Like a bug; Lust is rotten; blind is Love,
Only a special few can truly Love.
