WE WAKE UP IN THE SAME BED
We wake up in the same bed,
tousled, entwined and naked,
arms around each other's backs,
muscles that were taut relax.
Your right leg around my left
keeping me close to your cleft
Scent of wettened public hair
lingers in the bedroom air,
Princely tool a flaccid frog,
after sleeping like a log
when all desire had been spent
following where passion went.
In disarray bedsheet lies
over us, concealing thighs,
leaving bare feet, toe to toe,
in the mirror's reflect show.
tousled, entwined and naked,
arms around each other's backs,
muscles that were taut relax.
Your right leg around my left
keeping me close to your cleft
Scent of wettened public hair
lingers in the bedroom air,
Princely tool a flaccid frog,
after sleeping like a log
when all desire had been spent
following where passion went.
In disarray bedsheet lies
over us, concealing thighs,
leaving bare feet, toe to toe,
in the mirror's reflect show.
