painful headaches
rumbling stomach

makeup to cover
her insecurities
inside
her very core
aching bones
hurt heart
body craving food
brain confused
legs aching
self hatred
but her smile
hides it all

ive seen so many people (myself included) resort to superficial measures to hide their true self or struggles. the world certainly could be kinder :(
