Stairway To Her Smile
No they couldn’t take me under
Though I know just how they try
To tell me there’s no tomorrow
But I still see you and I
Paving the road to forgiveness
With the asphalt in your eyes
No they couldn’t take me under
Though you know just how they try
To say there’s only sorrow
Well you know that’s just a lie
Though the glass shards may be broken
Let’s build a stairway to the sky
And now that I have found you
I’m gonna stay a little while
So we can travel the world together
The world of you and I
