Tears and Phad Thai

His name is James May.
    He'as a Brit cooking show on the tellie, despite
            knowing not how to cook.
      (Or so sayeth he).
 
It's become, as they say, a major motion picture.
 
I've never seen this show before.
 
The first chapter is called "Asian Fusion".
        (The show is documentary....not a comedy of a klutz
         set free in a gourmet kitchen). With his Consultant, Nikki,
        waiting i the pantry for taste testing, etc.
 
During "Asian Fusion". Mr. May, cooks up some Phad Thai.
 
On every trip to the restaurant, Zen Zero, Phad Thai was
 my late daughter's favorite dish.
 
My god. How can it be that she's GONE 2.5yrs now?
 
Why the fuck do we say:" Late" in reference to the dead?

Punctual or tardy, They ain't ever comin'back!
