Toxic workplaces, and the undermining twats that permeate them with their forked tongue...

Control freaks, shouldn’t be managing junior staff whilst doling out malicious gossip, pretending to be the victim whilst casting spells of hatred and twisting words to suit your own narrative.    
     
You want to come to work, and do your job; well congratulations, so does everyone else, minus putting up with the pathetic bullshit that you dribble.      
     
If you weren’t high maintenance, you would’ve stayed upstairs. If you were competent, you would’ve been retained in the existing structure but you aren’t, and you weren’t !      
     
Not my fault.    
     
However, making her pay for your lack of respect when you should know better, is evident. It’s not her fault that you’re dealing with underlying mental health issues !    
     
And by the way, she’s not ‘your’ human resource.      
     
You don’t own her per se. She’s a team member whom other teams can access to support their business needs too !    
     
If he knew about the toxic bullshit you said about him too, he wouldn’t have befriended you, and nor would he be defending someone like you.    
     
It’s certainly not ethical to treat a trainee like shit by denying them opportunities to develop professionally, particularly whilst allocating them the shitty administrative tasks you don’t want to do.      
     
Work, that isn’t even meaningful !      
     
Absenteeism, in the workplace is very telling, and you’re a shitty manager that shouldn’t have anyone reporting into you, under any circumstances.      
     
I can see it and so can everyone else aside from him.    
     
However, you’re showing your true colours and I’m glad it’s been documented for future reference as it’s only a matter of time before the next person sees what your doing.    
     
It was evident to him, and it’ll be evident to the next person having to put up with your pathetic behaviours in the workplace !    
     
It’s no wonder why you haven’t progressed in your career. You even said it yourself, I’m not a control freak, but you are and you know it.    
     
Most people with a tertiary degree, usually step into a strategic leadership role within a few years post grad as opposed to being a personal assistant shuffling papers, answering calls, taking messages or grabbing coffee, all whilst whinging and complaining about being more important than that, and doing more than what you get paid for.    
     
FFS. What more do you want and expect for the role that you applied for, and accepted !?      
 
I’d never support someone like you to manage people, let alone pledge my support for a regrading of your salary to be increased, just to rant and rave like a petulant little child having a tantrum when misinterpreting words, and taking them literally and personally.
 
Blah !
     
Your two faced ranting and raving about the fatman upstairs, is exactly why he decided to exclude you from the structure he created !
