ROSE BREAKING VIOLENTLY
Darkness rose violently
as Rose retreated silently
It was her breaking up with me
not me setting darkness free
I watched the waters as dark waves rose
then violently breaking upon the sea
Brilliant beauty is all I see
Perfection breaking violently
roses rising silently, ecstatically
and Rose breaking violently
