A self destructive asshole
Always down on myself
Its a normal situation
My misery is not complete
Without a level of self loathing
Constantly kicking
Defeating the good inside
A sick sense
Not worthy of life
Keeps breathing
Its an animal with teeth
Biting down hard
Rejectiom is an instinct
A weapon of choice
Not to feel
A viscous circle
Unbroken
Neverending
Keeps its grip
Upon me

Dear AP,
With precision marksmanship you’ve identified many thoughts and self preservation tactics I employ myself. I find it such a surprise to realize I’m not alone in these feelings and while I take solace in that it also makes me sad that so many of us do this to ourselves. Bullseye write. H🌷
