Occupied
This morning tea on my desk tastes a bit tangy,
"Has it been always gingery?" - the question drives me cranky,
I guess I have forgotten the taste of this tea from my pantry,
I have been occupied in missing you lately.
I gaze at my monitor to observe the imbalance of contrast,
I adjusted it in sync with the brightness at last,
But with wrong presets, I have been straining my eyes greatly,
All this is because I have been occupied in missing you lately.
I look at the green notice board on my left today,
The people have changed but the manpower chart hangs untouched stray,
I think of everything, but the change and execution are unlikely
Because I am occupied in missing you so lately.
