Regardless of what label someone allows themselves to be given, everyone should be standing up for free and fair elections.
At least half of the population has had their confidence in the integrity of our election system shaken.
These are our brothers and our friends, their voices need to be heard.
There are sworn affidavits, eye witness accounts, blatant disregard of laws that provide transparency, and publicly acknowledged glitches is voting software systems. Meanwhile, a this narrative is played on repeat that there is no evidence. This is very concerning to me and I am saddened, deeply.
Something else that I don't understand (as I try my best to be an outside observer, rather than a declared supporter of either "side") is the narrative that people who vote for the republican are racist....while somehow that same republican has nearly a third of the minority vote.
Being told you have to vote a certain way, believe, or act a certain way based on your race, is wrong, regardless of the game you play. It is also at conflict with "freedom" and is a form of oppression. These things have to change.
It reminds me of this quote:
"First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out— because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.

Amen to all that.
I did not vote, as my protest, because they didn’t fix things after Al Gore.
As a result, I could easily check to see if they stole my ID to vote - all they had to do was assign me a ballot and then not mail it but save it to “discover” when races were close. Thankfully that did not happen but I should check on my dead relatives.
