in the depths of my despair
you arrived
drowning out the noise
of the mockingbird
soothing my resistant senses
with a soft soulful serenade
and I came
alive
your flowers my blood
your blood my flowers
devoured
veins purged as one
darkness ittwas overcome
we resounded in your virtues
a giving thought from here to there
no one could compare
love doesn't come just in a bottle
take what I have for that's all I know
