Curse of time
She had the face of an angel
A smile that transcends
An unearthly air
She had the heart of a lion
Courages and brave
with a ravenous hunger
She had the body of an hourglass
Curved to perfection
Timeless, for a time
Time had definately been unjust
Time had only done its duty
Rusts and breaks hardest steel
Corodes the patience and its virtue
She has the skin of an old paperback
Worn and torn
The edges all curled
She has the mind of a pine marten
Alone and foraging
Not by choice or will
She is as the fallen leaves
Frozen in early winter
Bitter, cold and brittle
A restless yearning to return
To the maker of her curse
A smile that transcends
An unearthly air
She had the heart of a lion
Courages and brave
with a ravenous hunger
She had the body of an hourglass
Curved to perfection
Timeless, for a time
Time had definately been unjust
Time had only done its duty
Rusts and breaks hardest steel
Corodes the patience and its virtue
She has the skin of an old paperback
Worn and torn
The edges all curled
She has the mind of a pine marten
Alone and foraging
Not by choice or will
She is as the fallen leaves
Frozen in early winter
Bitter, cold and brittle
A restless yearning to return
To the maker of her curse
