I recently ran across someone who was angry that a Rage Against the Machine song was used for a political video. And I was all “what?! That song, and entire band, was political!”

I knew everything when I was young. It still amazes me how far ahead of everyone else's political consciousness we (punk kidz circa 1988-89) seem.l today, in hindsight, even as "mere" teenagers.

It doesn't take age to be a politically conscious decent human being. In fact, age usually induces conservativism, but not for me! Thank you for commenting!
