Face Before Our World Was Born

Swing, sway, sashay. Do they ever sashay any more?

"Swing & Sway With Sammy Kaye"
               (says nothing for sashay)

on the radio on the radio even before "My Time"
of being born and born as a being.
Look
at your face. What was your face before
your grand-parents were born, (And who/what were
they?  Had they paid the same price as we?)
sitting  their own pre-existence of " What did they
Look like? What did they do? O, so much the same as a
          you & I  in such a primal'oozing far forgone era, thou'sands
o'centuries        before          the birth     of  sweet
                                         jesus'christ'a'mighty,

                                          ( & before all this
                                         earthen humanity
                                           had it's fate/luck
                                              be manifest)

So what will be deferred in the off-season of diligent souls, when no more games can be played, after having played at reality in empty stadiums, arenas, colosseums, fields, streets, playgrounds and war'zones, or any other places-of-play, that have come to being for our sacred diversions
                                         as they are, and have
                                            so long been.

"Swing and Sway with Sammy Kaye", but maybe not tonight.
