To be able to see the difference between who you are now, from who you use to be is definitely necessary. To reconnect to who you truly have become through the trials and tribulations, that has reshaped you from who you were before the storm. For even though life seems to be an misconception that once, you get to another level you don't have to change but that is far from the truth.
