as I merge into her sap
bound taught
wedged in a darkness of pain
her inklings
carved upon my chest
blood letting blood
hearts pumping hard
oxygen infused/abused
a seduction of one life's end
to new beginnings
storms rain

we surrender
a shriek amid the night
